Abstract

Cotton fiber is strategically vital to Uzbekistan's economy, emphasizing efficient resource use and energy savings. Saw gin machines are key for separating fibers from seeds, but design flaws raise energy consumption and degrade fiber quality. This paper proposes AI-based modernization of the working chamber via modeling, optimization, data analysis, 3D simulations.
